Sadie incorporates Swedish, trigger point, and injury/pain treatment into her massages as well as Traditional Thai Massage. She believes in people taking action in healing themselves through education, activity, nutrition, and massage.

 For her Swedish and Advanced Treatment massage therapy schooling she attended Central Oregon Community College in Bend, Oregon (2004).  For her Thai Massage training she attended Spiritwinds Thai Massage School in Nevada City, CA (2003) and ITM School in Chiang Mai, Thailand (2007). Sadie recently graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Environmental Studies (2008).

When she is not working, she takes time to play outside (hiking, biking, camping) and to travel. She has traveled by bicycle through most of the western states of the U.S., and also Europe, Asia, Australia, and Central and South America. Her most recent trip included Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Nepal.
