Sadie incorporates Swedish, trigger point, and injury/pain treatment into her massages as well as Traditional Thai Massage. She believes in people taking action in healing themselves through education, activity, nutrition, and massage.

Sadie is currently a full-time student getting her BA in Environmental Studies.  For her Swedish and Advanced Treatment massage therapy schooling she attended Central Oregon Community College in Bend, Oregon (2004).  For her Thai Massage training she attended Spiritwinds Thai Massage School in Nevada City, CA (2003) and ITM School in Chiang Mai, Thailand (2007).

When she is not going to school or doing massage she takes time to play outside (hiking, biking, camping) and to travel. She has traveled by bicycle through most of the western states of the U.S., and also Europe, Asia, Australia, and Central and South America. She just recently returned from a trip to Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Nepal.
